Common use of Foreign Credit Fronting Fee Clause in Contracts

Foreign Credit Fronting Fee. With respect to each issuance of a Foreign Credit Instrument requested by a Borrower, such Borrower shall pay, in arrears for each calendar quarter in accordance with clause (vi) below, a fronting fee in the amount of 0.125% per annum on the Dollar Equivalent of such Foreign Credit Instrument (the “Foreign Credit Fronting Fee”). With respect to any such calculation, clause (i) above shall apply mutatis mutandis.
