Common use of Foreign Credit Handling Fee Clause in Contracts

Foreign Credit Handling Fee. Each Borrower shall, with respect to the issuance or amendment of any Foreign Credit Instrument by a Foreign Issuing Lender, pay to such Foreign Issuing Lender, quarterly in arrears in accordance with clause (vi) below, a handling fee of $150 with respect to each Foreign Credit Instrument so issued, and $100 with respect to each Foreign Credit Instrument so amended, by such Foreign Issuing Lender during the previous calendar quarter (the “Foreign Credit Handling Fee”).
