Common use of Foreign Currency Calculations Clause in Contracts

Foreign Currency Calculations. For purposes of any determination hereunder, all amounts incurred, outstanding or proposed to be incurred or outstanding in any currency other than dollars shall be translated into dollars at the currency exchange rates in effect on the date of such determination; provided that no Default shall arise as a result of any limitation set forth in dollars in Section 6.01 or 6.02 being exceeded solely as a result of changes in currency exchange rates from those rates applicable at the time or times Indebtedness or Liens were initially consummated in reliance on the exceptions under such Sections. Such currency exchange rates shall be determined in good faith by the Borrower in accordance with this Credit Agreement.
