Common use of Foreign Currency Deposits Clause in Contracts

Foreign Currency Deposits. Custodian may in accordance with customary practices hold any currency in which any cash is denominated on deposit, and effect transactions relating thereto, through an account with an affiliate of Custodian, or Sub-Custodian or Depository in the country where such currency is the lawful currency or in other countries where such currency may be lawfully held on deposit.
