Common use of Foreign Entry Clause in Contracts

Foreign Entry. You assume full and complete responsibility for verifying and complying with any and all passport, visa, health, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. You must have a valid passport for international travel. We recommend at least six months of validity on your passport from your return date to the U.S. If you need to apply for a passport, or need to renew your passport, we strongly advise that you do as promptly as possible. Passport cards, enhanced ID's and birth certificates are not acceptable for international air travel. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel. You are responsible for reviewing any and all entry requirements of your destination(s), and ensuring you comply with the entry requirements. You agree that we will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to abide by and comply with any entry requirements. You agree that Next Travel is not liable for any issues involving your passport, visas, or other identification documents while you are traveling (including loss, theft, or expiration of your passport, visa, or other identification documents).
