Common use of Foreign Entry Clause in Contracts

Foreign Entry. You assume full and complete responsibility for verifying and complying with any and all passport, visa, health, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. You must have a valid passport for international travel. We recommend at least six months of validity on your passport from your return date to the U.S. If you need to apply for a passport, or need to renew your passport, we strongly advise that you do as promptly as possible.
