Foreign Intellectual Property Recording Requirements. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no actions in any non-U.S. jurisdiction or required by the laws of any non-U.S. jurisdiction to create or perfect any security interest in any Intellectual Property shall be required or requested to be delivered, filed, registered or recorded.
