Foreign Law Pledges; Control Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no Grantor shall be required to take any actions in order to perfect the security interest granted to the Collateral Agent for the ratable benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders (i) under the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States or (ii) by the execution of account control or similar agreements.
