Foreign Opinions Sample Clauses
Foreign Opinions. Fail to deliver to the Administrative Agent, within 30 days after the Effective Date, favorable opinions of counsel to the Foreign Borrowers addressed to the Administrative Agent and Lenders with respect to the Foreign Borrowers, the transactions contemplated hereby, and such other matters as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Foreign Opinions. The Agent shall receive opinions in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent within ten (10) Business Days of the Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date (or such longer time period agreed upon by Agent) from (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, special Canadian counsel for the Borrower, (ii) Davies ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, special Canadian counsel for the Borrower, and (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, special Irish counsel for Dialogic Ireland.
