FOREIGN OR ENEMY STATUS. (i) An "enemy" or an "ally of an enemy" within the meaning of Section 2 of the Trading with the Enemy Act, (ii) a "national" of a foreign country designated in Executive Order No. 8389, as amended, or of any "designated enemy country" as defined in Executive Order No. 9095, as amended, of the President of the United States of America, in each case within the meaning of such Executive Orders, as amended, or of any regulation issued thereunder, (iii) a "national of any designated foreign country" within the meaning of the Foreign Assets Control Regulations or of the Cuban Assets Control Regulations of the United States of America (Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter V, Part 515, Subpart B, as amended), or (iv) an alien or a representative of any alien or foreign government within the meaning of Section 310 of Title 47 of the United States Code.
