Foreign Persons. (a) Where the Buyer is not a company, the Buyer or each Buyer (as the case may be) warrants that he or she ordinarily resides in Australia. (b) The Buyer warrants that the Buyer is not a “foreign person” as defined in the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988.
