Foreign Senior Guarantor Perfection Certificate. Within 75 days after the Closing Date, a completed perfection certificate dated the Closing Date and signed by an Authorized Officer of each Senior Guarantor organized outside the United States of America (other than Friendfinder Processing Ltd. and Streamray, Inc. (St. Kitts)), together with all attachments contemplated thereby, such perfection certificate and attachments to be in form and substance satisfactory to the Required Holders.
