Foreign Subsidiary Information. If such requested Extension of Credit is the initial Loan to be made to any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is not a party to this Agreement on the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received (with a copy for each Lender) (i) a Foreign Subsidiary Opinion in respect of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower and information with respect to such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower of the type described in paragraph (d) of Section 5.1 and (ii) all documentation and other information with respect to such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower of the type described in paragraph (i) of Section 5.1.
