FOREST CERTIFICATION. Schedule D, Section 1.03 of the Community Forest Agreement states that the BLCF must be certified under a recognized forest certification process no later than March 31, 2017. We are committed to achieving forest certification and are currently working to determine which certification best meets the needs of the Community Forest. We believe we can meet the deadline of March 31, 2017.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. The area encompassed by this timber sale is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) – Certificate #SCS-FM/COC-00070N and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) – Certificate #NSF-SFIS-1Y941. Forest products from this sale may be delivered to the ▇▇▇▇▇ “FSC-Pure” and/or “SFI certified” so long as the contractor hauling the forest products is chain-of-custody (COC) certified or covered under a COC certificate from the destination mill. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining COC after leaving the sale area.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. The area encompassed by this timber sale and forest products from this sale including logs or chips of all species is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council® SCS- FM/COC-00070N FSC 100% and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® NSF-SFI-FM-1Y941 SFI 100%.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. Provide interior architectural woodwork produced from wood obtained from forests certified by an FSC-accredited certification body to comply with FSC STD-01-001, "FSC Principles and Criteria for Forest Stewardship."

FOREST CERTIFICATION. 11.1 The MCFC will support the existing certification(s) of forest management on Crown lands by providing any requested information and reports and complying with such requirements, practices or measures required by NSNDR in its achievement of Crown land certification.
11.2 If certification of the Pilot Project Land is discontinued during the term of this Agreement, the MCFC will continue to implement such policies or practices as are in effect at the time of discontinuance until the termination of this Agreement, provided such practices are consistent with achievement of the objectives of the Agreement.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. All timber sold under this contract is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) under FSC chain-of-custody number: SA-FM/COC-1394CC
FOREST CERTIFICATION. 1. The Purchaser agrees to provide, prior to signing Contract and for the duration of this Contract, documentation that at least one person on site engaged in the performance of this Contract complies with the training standard as adopted by the Wisconsin SFI® Implementation Committee. Criteria for the standard can be obtained by contacting the Forest Industry Safety & Training Alliance (FISTA). The Seller recognizes and accepts documentation under the Michigan training standard.

The area encompassed by this timber sale is certified to the standards of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® NSF-SFI-FM-1Y943 SFI 100% and the Forest Stewardship Council® SCS-FM/COC-00083G FSC 100%. Forest products from this sale may be delivered to the ▇▇▇▇▇ SFI 100% or FSC 100% as long as the Contractor hauling the forest products is chain-of-custody (COC) certified or covered under a COC certificate from the destination mill. The Purchaser is responsible for maintaining COC after leaving the sale area.
