FORESTHILL MANDATORY BASIC SERVICE FEES. All developed parcels on the Foresthill Divide, as shown on Exhibit E (the “Foresthill Mandatory Basic Service Fee Area”), are subject to the Foresthill Mandatory Basic Service Fee as set forth in Exhibit B. Payment of the Foresthill Mandatory Basic Service Fee allows Foresthill customers full access to the Foresthill Transfer Station during all approved hours with no gate charge for Municipal Solid Waste, wood waste and green waste generated on the subject parcel. Owners of developed commercial property are allowed to dispose of one (1) yard of Solid Waste per month without an additional gate fee. Additional waste will be accepted from commercial customers at the rate set forth in Exhibit B. Residential and commercial customers are limited to the disposal of four (4) car or truck tires per month free of charge. Fees for additional tires are set forth in Exhibit B. All customers must also pay the rate set forth in Exhibit B for chlorofluorocarbon containing appliances, cathode ray tubes and television sets. Owners of developed residential or commercial property in the Foresthill Mandatory Basic Service Fee Area must either pay the Mandatory Basic Service Fee or elect to subscribe for curbside collection services in lieu of payment of the Mandatory Basic Service fee. All the foregoing fees and rates shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.‌

This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. BellSouth and <<customer_name>> will use the invoice sequencing to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by <<customer_name>> and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.

  • Service Costs Service Costs are direct and indirect expenditures incurred in support of Petroleum Operations in the Contract Area, including expenditures on warehouses, piers, marine vessels, vehicles, motorized rolling equipment, aircraft, fire and security stations, workshops, water and sewerage plants, power plants, housing, community and recreational facilities and furniture and tools and equipment used in these activities. Service Costs in any Year shall include the costs incurred in such Year to purchase and/or construct the said facilities as well as the annual costs of maintaining and operating the same, each to be identified separately. All Service Costs shall be regularly allocated as specified in Sections 2.2.5, 2.3.5 and 2.4 to Exploration Costs, Development Costs and Production Costs and shall be separately shown under each of these categories. Where Service Costs are made in respect of shared facilities, the basis of allocation of costs to Petroleum Operations hereunder shall be specified.

  • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “

  • Future Treatment of Unallowable Costs Unallowable Costs shall be separately determined and accounted for by Defendants, and Defendants shall not charge such Unallowable Costs directly or indirectly to any contracts with the United States or any State Medicaid program, or seek payment for such Unallowable Costs through any cost report, cost statement, information statement, or payment request submitted by Defendants or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates to the Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or FEHBP Programs.
