FORFEITURE ALLOCATION. The amount of a Participant's Account forfeited under the Plan is a Participant forfeiture. The Plan Administrator, subject to Section 3.06 as applicable, will allocate Participant forfeitures at the time and in the manner the Employer specifies in its Adoption Agreement.
