Forfeiture and Repayment. If applicable law, including but not limited to the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002, requires the Executive to forfeit any compensation or benefits paid to him by the Company, the Executive agrees that he will forfeit and repay such amounts as required by law.

Forfeiture and Repayment. If applicable law, including but not limited to the Sarbanes–Oxley Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, requires the Executive to forfeit any compensation or benefits or to repay to the Company any compensation or benefits previously paid to him by the Company, the Executive agrees that notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary he will forfeit and repay such amounts as required by lawsuch law upon a final resolution of such matter.
