Forfeiture of Award Upon Failure to Meet Service Requirements. If, at the time Grantee ceases to be employed by the Corporation, Grantee has failed to meet the service requirements set forth in this Section 5 with respect to the Award, then all then outstanding Incentive Performance Units will be forfeited by Grantee to PNC and cancelled without payment of any consideration by PNC as of Grantee’s Termination Date (as defined in Section 15).
