Common use of Forfeiture of Award Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Award. Except as described in Section 5 and Section 10, a Grantee’s Award shall be forfeited to the Company if the Grantee does not remain in continuous employment with the Company or its affiliates until the Vesting Date.
