Common use of Forfeiture of Release Benefits Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Release Benefits. The Employee will not be eligible to receive Release Benefits (i) if this Agreement is not signed and returned to the Company on or before the date described above, (ii) if the Employee revokes (cancels) this Agreement pursuant to Section 5(C), or (iii) if the other Conditions Precedent described in Section 2 are not met.
