Common use of Forfeiture of Restricted Share Units Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Restricted Share Units. The Restricted Share Units that have not yet vested pursuant to Section 2(a) (and any related right to receive cash dividend equivalents pursuant to Section 7(b)) shall be forfeited automatically without further action or notice if Grantee’s Continuous Service with the Company or a Subsidiary terminates prior to a Vesting Date for any reason other than to the extent provided pursuant to Section 2(b).
