Common use of Forfeiture of Rights Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Rights. In the event that, subsequent to termination of Executive's employment hereunder, Executive breaches any of the provisions of the Non-Compete Agreement in any material respect, all payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise have been entitled to pursuant to this Section 7 hereof shall immediately terminate and be forfeited.

Forfeiture of Rights. In the event that, subsequent to the termination of Executive's ’s employment hereunder, Executive breaches any of the provisions of the Non-Compete Proprietary Information Agreement in any material respect, all payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise have been entitled to pursuant to this Section 7 hereof shall immediately terminate and be forfeited.

In the event that, subsequent to the termination of Executive's ’s employment hereunder, Executive breaches any of the provisions of the Non-Compete Agreement or Confidentiality Agreement in any material respect, all payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise have been entitled to pursuant to this Section 7 hereof shall immediately terminate and be forfeited.
