Forfeiture of Rights. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if Participant violates any provisions of this Section 2, Participant shall forfeit all rights to payments or benefits under the Plan. All unsettled PSUs shall terminate, be forfeited and be incapable of vesting.
