Forfeiture of Severance. If Executive has engaged in any conduct prohibited by Section 13(a) or 13(b) above, the Company will have the right to immediately suspend any payments to or made on behalf of Executive pursuant to Section 6(c)(ii) of this Agreement, and Executive forfeits any rights he/she has to such payments.
