FORFEITURE OF STI INTEREST ON DEFAULT. Upon default, for any reason, STI and STI's successor in interest shall have no right, title, or interest in the leased property, its possession, or its use. MDC shall retain all rents and other payments of any kind made by STI under this Agreement.
