Common use of FORFEITURE OF STOCK OPTIONS Clause in Contracts

FORFEITURE OF STOCK OPTIONS. By his signature below, and in exchange for the benefits of this Agreement, Executive agrees to and does hereby forfeit any stock option or other equity right granted to him by the Company prior to the Effective Date.

FORFEITURE OF STOCK OPTIONS. By his signature below, and in exchange for the benefits of this Agreement, Executive agrees to and does hereby forfeit any stock option or other equity right granted to him by the Company prior to the Effective Date, including, without limitation that stock option and transaction bonus described in sections 4 and 5 in the Executive’s Employment Offer dated May 6, 2009.

FORFEITURE OF STOCK OPTIONS. By his signature below, and in exchange for the benefits of this Agreement, Executive agrees to and does hereby forfeit any stock option or other equity right granted to him by the Company prior to the Effective Date, including, without limitation that stock option and transaction bonus described in sections 4 and 5 in the Executive’s Employment Offer dated February 25, 2009.
