Forfeiture of Unvested Portion of Cash Award. To the extent that the Grantee does not vest in a portion of the Cash Award, all interest in such portion of the Cash Award shall be forfeited upon the Grantee’s Termination of Service. The Grantee has no right or interest in any portion of the Cash Award that is forfeited.
