Common use of Forfeiture of Unvested RSUs Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Unvested RSUs. Subject to Section 3(b)(iv), any RSUs that have not Vested pursuant to Section 3(a), Section 3(b), or Section 3(c) as of the final Vesting Date shall be forfeited automatically and without further notice on such date (or earlier if, and on such date that, the Participant ceases to be in Continuous Employment prior to the final Vesting Date for any reason other than as described in Section 3(b) or Section 3(c)).

Forfeiture of Unvested RSUs. Subject to Section 3(b)(ii), Section 3(b)(iv) and Section 3(b)(v), any RSUs (and any dividend equivalents) that have not Vested pursuant to Section 3(a), Section 3(b), or Section 3(c) as of the final Vesting Date shall be forfeited automatically and without further notice on such date (or earlier if, and on such date that, the Participant ceases to be in Continuous Employment prior to the final Vesting Date for any reason other than as described in Section 3(b) or Section 3(c)).
