Forfeiture upon Breach of Covenants. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, if the Employee materially breaches his or her obligations under paragraph (e) or (f) of this Article 4, from and after the date of such breach, the Employee will no longer be entitled to, and the Company will no longer be obligated to pay, any remaining unpaid portion of the CIC Severance Benefits.
