Common use of Forfeiture upon Cessation of Services Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture upon Cessation of Services. Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided in any other written agreement between Recipient and the Company executed before the Award Date of this Agreement providing more favorable terms for the Recipient, upon the Recipient’s cessation of the performance of services for the Company for any reason, all Unvested Award Shares shall be forfeited, effective upon the date of such cessation of the performance of services.
