Forfeiture upon Termination of Employment for Cause. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, if your Employer terminates your employment for Cause, your RSUs, whether vested (but unsettled) or unvested, and including any dividend equivalent rights, immediately shall terminate and be forfeited.
