Forfeiture upon Termination of Employment for Cause. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, if your Employer terminates your employment for Cause, your PSUs, whether vested (but unsettled) or unvested, and including any dividend equivalent rights (including any PSUs resulting from dividend equivalents), immediately shall terminate and be forfeited.
