Common use of Form 10-Ds Clause in Contracts

Form 10-Ds. (i) If the Administrator receives a notice from the Servicer pursuant to Section 11.1(a) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement regarding the occurrence of a Delinquency Trigger with respect to a Collection Period, and describing the related rights of Noteholders and Note Owners, the Administrator shall include the contents of such notice in the Form 10-D for such Collection Period filed by the Administrator pursuant to Section 2.2(c) hereof and shall notify the Indenture Trustee of the date of the filing of such Form 10-D. If the Administrator receives a notice from the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 14.1 of the Indenture regarding the method by which Noteholders and Note Owners may contact the Indenture Trustee in order to request a vote on whether to cause the 60-Day Delinquent Receivables to be reviewed by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Administrator shall include the contents of such notice in the Form 10-D for such Collection Period filed by the Administrator pursuant to Section 2.2(c) hereof.

Form 10-Ds. (i) If the Administrator receives a notice from the Servicer pursuant to Section 11.1(a) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement regarding the occurrence of a Group Delinquency Trigger with respect to a Collection Period, and describing the related rights of Public Noteholders and Note Ownersof that Group, the Administrator shall include the contents of such notice in the Form 10-D for such Collection Period filed by the Administrator pursuant to Section 2.2(c) hereof and shall notify the Indenture Trustee Master Collateral Agent of the date of the filing of such Form 10-D. If the Administrator receives a notice from the Indenture Trustee Master Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 14.1 12.1 of the Indenture Master Collateral Agreement regarding the method by which Public Noteholders of that Group and Note Owners of that Group may contact the Indenture Trustee Master Collateral Agent in order to request a vote on whether to cause the related Group 60-Day Delinquent Receivables to be reviewed by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Administrator shall include the contents of such notice in the Form 10-D for such Collection Period filed by the Administrator pursuant to Section 2.2(c) hereof.
