The Depositor shall file a Form 15 (or applicable successor form) to suspend the Depositor’s reporting obligations with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act as soon as legally permissible (absent a change in circumstances making such a filing, in the judgment of the Depositor, imprudent).
