No later than 30 days prior to the Transition Period End Date, EWS and SNI (each acting directly or through their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates) shall, to the extent necessary, file IRS Form 5310-A regarding the transfer of Assets and Liabilities from the EWS RIP to the SNI 401(k) as discussed in this Article IV.
