Common use of Form 8-K Filings Clause in Contracts

Form 8-K Filings. Each of the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer shall promptly notify the Seller, but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which the Servicer or a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Seller or the Servicer has actual knowledge).
