Common use of Form 8-K Filings Clause in Contracts

Form 8-K Filings. So long as the Seller is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly notify the Seller, but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Seller or the Servicer has actual knowledge).
