So long as the Issuer is required to report under the Exchange Act, each of the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee shall promptly notify the Servicer, but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which such Person (or in the case of the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, a Responsible Officer of such Person) has actual knowledge. Each Person shall have actual knowledge of any such event only to the extent that it relates to such Person or any action or failure to act by such Person.
