Common use of Form and Amount of Payments Clause in Contracts

Form and Amount of Payments. All amounts due hereunder, whether for principal, interest, or otherwise, in respect of any Advance denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be paid in full by the Borrower in Canadian Dollars, and all amounts due hereunder, whether for principal, interest fees or otherwise, in respect of any Advance denominated in U.S. Dollars shall be paid in full in U.S. Dollars, and all amounts due hereunder in respect of costs and expenses shall be paid in full by the Borrower in the currency in which such costs or expenses were originally incurred, in any case without set-off, withholding or deduction of any kind or nature whatsoever unless required by law, and then subject to Section 11.8.
