Form and Date of Certificates Representing Warrants. Each Certificate representing any Warrant will (1) be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A; (2) bear the legends required by Section 3(f) and may bear notations, legends or endorsements required by law, stock exchange rule or usage; and (3) be dated as of the date it is executed by the Company.
