Form and Denomination of Trust Preferred Securities. (a) The Trust Preferred Securities shall be issued in the form of one or more fully registered Global Trust Preferred Certificates, in minimum denomination of U.S.$25 in Liquidation Preference Amount, or integral multiples thereof, registered in the Register in the name of Cede & Co., the nominee of DTC, and be deposited with a custodian for DTC. Definitive Trust Preferred Securities representing individual Trust Preferred Securities shall not be issued except as provided in Section 10.06 hereof.
