Common use of Form and Denominations Clause in Contracts

Form and Denominations. The Certificates, other than the Class 59-R Certificate, shall be issued in book-entry form in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof. The Class 59-R Certificate shall be issued as a single certificate in certificated fully registered form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Form and Denominations. The Certificates, other than the Class 599-R Certificate, shall be issued in book-entry form in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof. The Class 599-R Certificate shall be issued as a single certificate in certificated fully registered form, certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.B-1.

The Certificates, other than the Class 592-R Certificate, A Certificates shall be issued in book-entry form in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof. The Class 592-R Certificate shall be issued as a single certificate in certificated fully registered form, certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
