Common use of Form and Denominations Clause in Contracts

Form and Denominations. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Certificated Notes shall be issued only in fully registered form in denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, or, in the case of Foreign Currency Notes, in such minimum denomination, not less than the equivalent of $100,000, and such greater denomination or denominations in excess thereof, as shall be set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
