Common use of Form and Registration of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Form and Registration of Bonds. (a) The Bonds, the Paying Agent’s certificate of authentication and registration, and the form of assignment to appear thereon shall be in substantially the forms, respectively, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with necessary or appropriate variations, omissions and insertions as permitted or required by this Paying Agent Agreement (provided that if a portion of the text of any Bond is printed on the reverse of the bond, the following legend shall be printed on the bond: “THE PROVISIONS OF THIS BOND ARE CONTINUED ON THE REVERSE HEREOF AND SUCH CONTINUED PROVISIONS SHALL FOR ALL PURPOSES HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH AT THIS PLACE.”).
