Common use of Form and Substance Clause in Contracts

Form and Substance. All documents and other matters required by any of the provisions of this Agreement to be submitted or furnished to Lender shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender. Wherever pursuant to this Agreement, Lender exercises any right given to it to approve or disapprove, or any arrangement or term is to be satisfactory to Lender, the decision of Lender to approve or disapprove or to decide that arrangements or terms are satisfactory or not satisfactory shall, except as otherwise provided herein, be in the sole discretion of Lender and shall be final and conclusive.
