Form and Substance of Documents. All Loan Documents, certificates, reports, opinions and other documentation which the Lenders are entitled to receive hereunder from time to time shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders and their counsel, acting reasonably, and shall be provided with sufficient numbers to enable the Agent to distribute at least one original thereof to each Lender.
