Form and Timing of Severance Benefits. The Severance Benefits described in Sections 4.3(a), 4.3(b), 4.3(d) and 4.3(e) shall be paid in cash to the Executive in a single lump sum as soon as practicable following the Severance Date, but in no event beyond thirty (30) days from such date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, payment of any and all Severance Benefits are subject to the provisions of Section 4.7 and Section 11.10.
