Common use of Form; Authorization; Reliance Clause in Contracts

Form; Authorization; Reliance. It shall not be necessary for the consent of the Noteholders to approve the particular form of any proposed amendment or consent, but it shall be sufficient if such consent shall approve the substance thereof. Each amendment will be in form reasonably satisfactory to the Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is authorized to execute the amendment and any other agreements required by the amendment. For any amendment, the Trust will deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee an Opinion of Counsel stating that the amendment is permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions to the amendment have been satisfied.
