Form of Amendments. (a) Promptly after the execution of any amendment, supplement or consent pursuant to Section 8.1 or 8.2, the AART Owner Trustee shall furnish written notification of the substance of such amendment or consent to each Unaffiliated Certificateholder and the AART Indenture Trustee.
