Common use of Form of Annuity Benefit Clause in Contracts

Form of Annuity Benefit. Any Annuity Benefit provided under this Contract will be payable on the Life Annuity form described in the following paragraph or, as determined by the Employer or the Employer Plan Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Employer Plan, on any other annuity form offered by Equitable, subject to Equitable's rules then in effect and the requirements of applicable law. The Life Annuity form provides monthly payments to the Participant beginning at the Annuity Commencement Date and ending with the last monthly payment due before the death of the Participant.

Form of Annuity Benefit. Any Annuity Benefit annuity benefit provided under this Contract will be payable paid on the Life Annuity form described in the following paragraph orunless the Participant elects, as determined by the Employer or the Employer Plan Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Employer Plan, to have such benefit paid on any other annuity form offered by Equitable, subject to Equitable's rules then in effect and available under the requirements of applicable lawPlan. The Life Annuity form provides monthly payments to the Participant payee beginning at the Annuity Commencement Date date of the application pursuant to Section 4.3 to provide the benefit and ending with the last monthly payment due before the death of the Participantpayee’s death.
