Common use of Form of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Form of Bonds. The Bonds, the form of Fiscal Agent’s certificate of authentication and the form of assignment, to appear thereon, shall be substantially in the forms, respectively, set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, with necessary or appropriate variations, omissions and insertions, as permitted or required by this Agreement, the Resolution of Issuance and the Bond Law.

Form of Bonds. The 2015 Bonds, the form of Fiscal Agent’s certificate of authentication and the form of assignment, to appear thereon, shall be substantially in the forms, respectively, set forth in Exhibit B A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, with necessary or appropriate variations, omissions and insertions, as permitted or required by this Agreement, the Resolution of Issuance and the Bond LawAct.
